UK CLUB GOLFERS ARE INVITED TO COMPETE FOR THE GARY PLAYER INTERNATIONAL TEAM CHALLENGE.

The Gary Player International Team Golf Challenge will be played at Sun City, South Africa, in the first week of July 2000.

Amateur teams of four are invited to participate in this four round tournament which will be played over the two Gary Player designed courses at this world famous resort. Club golfers from around the world, with handicaps up to 24 for gentlemen or 30 for ladies, will be competing for the trophy over the same spectacular courses that host the professionals’ Million Dollar Golf Challenge.

Bluebird Holidays have created a programme leaving London on the evening of Friday June 30th aboard Virgin Atlantic’s non-stop scheduled service to Johannesburg. Unless they have chosen to extend their stay in Sun City or to see more of South Africa, the teams will arrive back at London Heathrow on the morning of Saturday July 8th.

Six nights accommodation at the Sun City Hotel with breakfast each morning; transfers from and to Johannesburg Airport; a welcome cocktail party; gala presentation dinner and, of course, entry into the Gary Player International Team Challenge with two rounds on each of the Gary Player Country Club and Lost City courses, are included in a price of just 999.

The final date to enter the competition and book the package from London is April 30th
