CALLING LADY GOLFERS

Barnardo's Scotland is seeking lady golfers from Scottish clubs to take part in its second annual ladies' golf competition. A summer of club qualifying competitions will culminate in 50 players with the best nett differential scores competing at hte Letham Grange Hotel, Colliston by Arbroath on Friday 25th August.

Its a minimum of £1 to enter and Barnardo's is asking ladies to nominate one of their existing competitions or allocate a new date for this mdeal stroke qualifier. All money raised by the competition will help fund 40 Scottish projfects for children, young people and families experiencing disadvantage due to poverty, abuse, homelessness, family breakdown, disability, HIV, AIDS, educational breakdown, social exclusion and drug or alcohol misuse.
