Vinnie's Celebrity Classic

The third Vinnie Jones Celbrity Golf Classic will take place at Moor Park in Hertfordshire on Friday, May 19 - the eve of the FA Cup final.

Among the celebrities participating in the event, which will be hosted by the former Wimbledon and Wales midfielder, are Paul Gascoigne, Gianlucca Vialli, Frankie Dettori, Gordon Strachan, Jim Davisdon and John Hartson.

The tournament is organised to raise money for the children's medical research charity SPARKS, which finds cures for conditions such as bone disease, childhood cancer and immuno-deficiency.

The teams will have a chance to meet personalities from the worlds of sport and show business before the midday start. The day will include a champagne reception for all the guests, a black-tie gala dinner, auction and prize-giving. Live music will be provided by artists from bands such as Status Quo.
