TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP 2000
As defending
Champions, Newport (Gwent) join hosts Pyle & Kenfig in the final
stages of this year's event.
Once again this
extremely popular event has attracted over 100 entries. These clubs
will battle away over the coming months in an attempt to qualify
for the fianl stages which will be played over the Pyle & Kenfig
golf course from 18-20 August 2000.
Among this year's
entries, 1999 semi-finalists Llandudno (Maesdu) take on Rhos-on-Sea
in the first preliminary round at Rhuddlan, whilst 1999 runners-up
St Mellons have received a bye through to the 2nd preliminary round.
