I understand your concerns, jgregory. I personally think as long as you have some form of secure sandal, it shouldn’t hinder your game too much.
Every time I wear sandals, I feel like I’m losing my footing. Footwear really affects my golf game. I find sneakers or proper golf shoes are much better for performance!

I guess it depends on where you’re most comfortable. If sandals help you relax, then go for it! Topgolf is pretty casual, after all.

Sandals might be okay, but I just picture swinging and then slipping on a chip—definitely a recipe for disaster! I’d stick to shoes.

I wore sandals the last time I went to Topgolf, and it was a great choice! They were super comfy, and I felt relaxed the whole time. Definitely a recommend from me!

For sure, as long as your sandals have a good grip, you should be fine! I’ve worn both flip-flops and sporty sandals, and both worked well for me. Just be mindful of the turf.

I wore sandals last summer and I was okay until the sun started to bake my feet! If it’s hot, you might want to consider closed-toe shoes later in the day.
Good point! How do you all feel about the weather at Topgolf? Are sandals still comfy during a hot day?
I actually wore sandals on a hot day and it was quite liberating! Just remember to keep your sunscreen handy, though. No one wants burnt feet!

I felt pretty solid even in my sandals. I think if you enjoy sandals, just wear them! Just make sure they’re secure on your feet.
I can’t believe people are still asking this! Sandals are fine, no one gets dressed up for golf. Personal preference wins here, right?
