I’ve had pretty good experiences with FootJoy’s customer service. They resolved my issue with a defective pair of shoes quickly and even offered me a discount on my next purchase!

I had an opposite experience. I waited over a week for a response about my order issue. It felt like they were just ignoring me at times.

Yes, FootJoy’s follow-up was really good in my case. They called to ensure everything was sorted out and even asked for feedback on the support I received.

I did try chat support once. It was okay, but I felt like I didn’t get the personal touch like I did on the phone.

I had mixed feelings about that too. Their live chat is convenient but can feel a bit scripted.

Exactly! It’s like having a robot respond at times. A little humor from a customer service rep can go a long way!
