Is Golf Really Considered Exercise?

I’m just curious if anyone has tracked their calorie burn while golfing versus other activities. That could provide some insight into its effectiveness!

There are some apps for that! I’ve used one during my rounds, and it shows a solid calorie burn, but definitely less than running.

If you enjoy it more than running or gym workouts, go for it! Enjoying your exercise is key. What matters most is consistency, whether that’s golf or any other activity.

I’d say golf is a unique blend of relaxation and fitness. Just remember, every bit counts! But yeah, I do love my running sessions for that endorphin rush!
