Hey fellow golfers,
I’m considering upgrading my shafts and have been drawn to the Steelfiber i95. I’ve read some bits and pieces online, but I’m hoping to gather some real insights from those who have actually tried them out.
Performance
Feel: How do the i95s feel compared to other shafts you’ve used? Are they softer, stiffer, or just right for a smoother swing?
Distance: Have you noticed any change in your distance? I’m looking for something that can help me gain a few extra yards without losing accuracy.
Control: Do you find it easier to control your shots? I’d love to hear about your experiences with dispersion and consistency.
Fit for Different Players
Swing Speed: Are these suited for all swing speeds, or do they work best for specific types? I have a moderate swing speed and want to know if these shafts would fit my playstyle.
Player Type: If you’re a beginner or an advanced player, how have the Steelfiber i95 shafts performed for you?
Overall Opinions
If you could sum up your experience with the i95s, what would it be? Any standout positives or negatives?
Lastly, would you recommend them to others looking for a new set?
I’m looking forward to hearing your thoughts and thanks in advance for the feedback! Let’s help each other make informed choices to improve our game.
I’ve been playing with the Steelfiber i95 for about a month now. The distance is impressive, and I feel more consistent on approach shots than with my previous shafts.
The i95 shafts definitely hold up well against wind. I had no trouble with my ball flight during last weekend’s tournament. Just solid performance overall.
That’s impressive! I’ve heard good things about lowering handicap with i95s, but some competitors say they still prefer heavier shafts for more control.
I’ve recently switched to Steelfiber i95 shafts and the feel is incredible. The vibration dampening is impressive, making every swing smooth. I feel more consistent in my strikes!
