I’m on the hunt for a reliable golf tee time app that can help me find and book tee times at different courses in my area. There are so many options out there, and I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed by all the choices.
What I’m Looking For:
Real-time availability: It’s crucial for me to see which slots are open without any delay.
Pricing comparisons: I’d love to find an app that allows me to compare prices between courses so I can get the best deal.
User reviews: Knowing what other golfers think of a course can really help me decide where to play.
Direct booking: I want to be able to book my tee time directly through the app without any hiccups.
Course information: A summary of facilities and maybe even some photos would be awesome!
Questions:
Which apps do you guys use? I’ve heard about a few like GolfNow and TeeOff but not sure which one’s the best or if there are others worth checking out.
What features do you find most helpful? Is there anything in particular that really enhances your experience when using a tee time app?
Any cons? Are there any limitations or downsides to the apps you’ve used? Would love to know what to watch out for.
Thanks in advance for your help! Looking forward to hearing your thoughts and recommendations!
Happy golfing!

I absolutely love the GolfNow app! It has a wide selection of courses and the price is usually pretty good. You can book tee times on the fly which is super convenient.
TheGrint is more about the social aspect of golf. You can connect with friends and see their scores too, which is fun! But for ease of booking, GolfNow still leads.
I highly recommend checking out TeeOff and GolfNow. They both have user-friendly interfaces and offer extensive filtering options for amenities like carts or practice ranges! Just remember to book early during peak seasons.
Don’t forget to compare prices across apps! Sometimes, one app has better deals than another for the same course. Take advantage of promo codes if you find any.
I’ve had success calling courses directly if prices seem high online. Sometimes they’ll offer you a better rate over the phone, especially during off-peak times.
That’s a solid tip, mboyd! I’ve also found that signing up for newsletters from courses can alert you to special discounts and tee times before anyone else knows.
