One of the best courses in South Carolina has to be Harbour Town Golf Links. It’s known for its stunning views and the iconic lighthouse! The course has such rich history and is a must-play for any golfer.
Kiawah Island is another gem! The Ocean Course hosted the 2012 PGA Championship, and rightfully so. The coastal scenery is breathtaking and adds so much to your experience.
I second Kiawah! The course is long and challenging. If you’re up for a serious game, this is the place. Plus, the wildlife around is amazing—just don’t let the alligators distract you!
I’d suggest checking out the Congaree Golf Club. It’s exclusive but their mission is admirable—they aim to support youth initiatives. Plus, the layout is excellent!
South Carolina is home to some stunning golf courses! You can’t miss places like Harbour Town Golf Links or Kiawah Island Resort. Both offer amazing amenities, from top-notch clubhouses to fantastic dining options.
If you’re planning to visit, keep in mind that some courses have specific dress codes. Generally, collared shirts and no denim are standard. Always a good idea to check ahead!
