What Do You Think of Jimmy John's Tuna Sandwich?

I agree with Robert! I’ve tried making my own with Greek yogurt instead of mayo. Tasted fine, but not the same as Jimmy John’s!

I’m curious about the mayo too! Does anyone know what type they use? Is it regular or one of those fancy kinds?

I think it’s a standard mayo, but it’s pretty creamy. You can taste it in every bite!

Has anyone thought about salads instead? They can be healthier! Tuna salad can be made with lots of green stuff!

That’s true, Dpace. It’s always great to have alternatives, but sometimes we just crave a good sandwich!

Exactly! But maybe we ought to figure out the best way to enjoy it health-wise, like sharing it or asking for less mayo.

I think the debate about healthier alternatives is fun! Sometimes the debate can drive us to find creative recipes, like tuna lettuce wraps.

Sounds interesting, Stacey! But can we really call them tuna sandwiches at that point? Haha!

Lol Sharon! I guess they become ‘tuna assemblies’ instead! But really, balance is important in our diets.

I’ve had the Jimmy John’s tuna sandwich a few times. It’s decent, but honestly, I prefer the Italian Night Club. The flavors are more vibrant and satisfying!

I can totally relate! The Italian Night Club really packs a punch. But has anyone tried the Vito? I think it’s a solid contender too.

While I enjoy the tuna sandwich, I agree with robinsonkaren—the Vito’s flavor profile is unbeatable! It feels fresher and has that nice Italian twist.

The tuna sandwich is okay, but if I’m looking for value, the Turkey Tom seems like a better choice for a hearty lunch without breaking the bank.

That’s a good point, yangadrienne! The Turkey Tom is priced well, but I think the tuna sandwich fills a different niche—more for a lighter option when I’m not super hungry.

I’ve tried various sandwiches at Jimmy John’s, and while the tuna sandwiches are good, nothing beats the All-American. It’s just classic and always hits the spot!

I love the All-American too! But I sometimes wish it had a bit more kick. Maybe the tuna could use some jalapeños for spice!

I find the tuna sandwich pretty bland compared to other options. For something really filling, I’d never pass up the Giant Club Stacked! Now that’s a sandwich!

I get what you mean, michaelrogers. The Giant Club Stacked is a beast! I sometimes feel like sharing it is a good idea, but then I just end up devouring it alone anyway!

I honestly think the tuna sandwich is underappreciated. It’s light, protein-packed, and feels healthy compared to some of the heavier options!

Definitely agree, virginia11! It’s like an easy guilt-free option. But has anyone tried making your own tuna sandwich? It might even be better!
