What Driver Does Brooks Koepka Use?

That’s a good point! Many players do have contracts that influence their gear choices, but the best find ways to use what suits their game. It’s a balance!

Definitely! It’s interesting how equipment evolves. Do you think we can match their performance without the same equipment?

In theory, yes! But factors like ball speed and launch angles vary greatly. The right driver for an amateur can still lead to major gains, just not as much as the pros.

Very true! Also, I think confidence plays a huge role. If you feel good using a specific driver, your performance may improve.

Exactly! Sometimes it’s just about what feels right. I recall using a friend’s driver once and hitting my best drives – so maybe it’s partly mental!

Right? It’s a confidence boost! By the way, have you tried using lighter shafts? I’ve heard they can help amateurs.

Lighter shafts can definitely help with swing speed and distance. But too light and they can lose control. Balance is key!

Brooks Koepka uses the TaylorMade Stealth 2 driver. I’ve been using it for a few months now, and I’ve noticed a significant increase in distance off the tee. The adjustability really helps fine-tune for your swing as well.

Thanks for sharing! I’ve been curious about the adjustability. Have you made any specific adjustments to fit your swing better?

I actually switched from a Callaway driver to the Stealth 2. I wasn’t sure at first, but the ball speed is unreal! If you like a solid feel at impact, this one is a game changer.

That does sound impressive! Did you notice any difference in accuracy as well?

I think the weight distribution in the Stealth 2 really helps with control. I used to slice my drives, but since I switched, my misses tend to be much more forgiving. It’s worth a try.

I totally agree! I’ve also felt a difference in my slice since using the Stealth 2. It’s more forgiving, which is great for my game!

But isn’t it risky to go with the newest tech? I read the Stealth 2 can break easily if mishandled. Anyone had issues with durability?

I haven’t had any durability issues myself. I’ve played a solid season with mine, and it’s held up remarkably well!

I sometimes wonder if drivers are more about the player than the brand itself. Have you guys had experiences with other brands that were equally satisfying?

I used to play with a Ping driver, and while it was a great club, I didn’t get the same distance. Switching to the Stealth 2 made my game so much better. But preferences vary!

That’s interesting! What model did you switch from? I think brand loyalty can definitely skew our perception.

I switched to the Stealth 2 last year and jokingly call it my magic wand! It certainly added a few extra yards, which makes all the difference on the shorter courses.
