It’s really just your score, the course rating, and the slope rating. Divide your adjusted score by the course rating, then multiply by 113, and subtract that from the slope rating.

I use an app that calculates it all for me - can’t imagine going back to doing it by hand! Technology is a golfer’s best friend.
