What Happened to the TaylorMade Pre-Owned Website?

Yes, I’ve noticed that too. I wonder if they are receiving consistent shipments or if there’s just a lack of quality control on their end.

Honestly, my last purchase was a bit disappointing. The club I received had more wear than advertised. Customer satisfaction is certainly a challenge right now.

That’s a bummer! I’m worried that the quality issues might lead to a drop in sales for them if it continues.

It feels like a gamble buying from the Pre-Owned site lately. I hope they can improve their inventory and quality teams soon.

Is it just me, or does it seem like their website isn’t consistent in showing what stock they actually have? Sometimes I feel like it’s a game of chance when I buy.

Definitely not just you! I thought I snagged a great deal, only to find out it wasn’t available. So frustrating!

Has anyone reached out to customer service about their experiences? I’ve been thinking about sharing my feedback since it doesn’t seem like things are improving.

I haven’t contacted them yet, but that’s a good idea! They should know what’s affecting customer trust and satisfaction.

Exactly! They can’t fix what they don’t know. It’s like we’re all shouting into a void here.

It’s quite amusing how much we rely on these online platforms for good deals, but when it doesn’t work, we feel so let down. I miss the good ol’ days of going to stores!

Haha, I feel you! I ordered a club that looked great online, and when it arrived, it resembled a dinosaur’s toothpick! :joy:

On a more reflective note, maybe they are facing supply chain issues like many others in the industry. Just a thought as to why we see these challenges now.

That’s definitely a possibility! But they need to just communicate with us. A little transparency can go a long way.

I’m curious about the TaylorMade Pre-Owned site too! I used to find great deals, but lately, it feels like the pricing is off compared to other platforms like Golf Galaxy and eBay.

I totally agree! I checked out their site recently and felt the prices were a bit high. Have others experienced this?

Honestly, I think the usability of the TaylorMade site has gone downhill. It’s harder to navigate now, which is frustrating when you’re looking for specific clubs.

Right!? And their customer service response times are not great either. Ever tried reaching out to them? I feel like I was talking to a robot!

Just had a poor experience myself. Ordered a club and it arrived damaged. Definitely going to look at other pre-owned sites from now on. Any recommendations?

Have you tried GlobalGolf? Their customer service was really helpful when I needed to exchange a club. Seemed much more user-friendly than TaylorMade!

I use GlobalGolf too! Even eBay can be a better deal these days, which says a lot about TaylorMade’s site! It shouldn’t be that way.
