I’ve found that explosive strength training works wonders! Plyometrics and medicine ball throws really help increase my swing speed. It’s fun too!

I stick to traditional weightlifting with an emphasis on squats and deadlifts. Strength from the ground up really matters when driving the ball.

Yes! I include yoga in my training regimen. It improves my balance and flexibility, which definitely impacts my drive distance!
