From what I’ve seen, Chester Valley is slightly higher than Shady Grove but offers more services and better course quality.
I like the idea of a nice course, but wouldn’t it be better if they had a discount for families? That could justify the cost for more members.
I wouldn’t say it’s too expensive if you play regularly. The staff’s hospitality and the food are excellent too, which adds value to the membership.

The driving range is terrific, and they have excellent practice facilities. It’s a great place to hone your skills and get your money’s worth.

At least the greens fees for guests are reasonable if you want to introduce friends before fully committing! Keeps options open.
