I’ve been on the hunt for a new driver and the Nike Sumo SQ Driver keeps popping up on my radar. I’m really curious about it, especially since I’ve heard mixed reviews.
Here are a few questions I have in mind:
Performance: How does it perform compared to newer models? Is it easy to control and get distance?
Comfort: How does it feel during swings? Is it lightweight enough for long rounds?
Durability: Does anyone have insights on how well it holds up over time?
What I’m Looking For:
I’m hoping to hear from anyone who’s had a chance to use this driver. If you’ve owned it or tested it out, your feedback would be invaluable.
Pros and cons: What do you love and what drives you crazy about it?
Comparisons: If you’ve used other drivers, how does the Nike Sumo SQ compare?
Buying Options:
Also, if anyone knows where I might find a good deal on one, I’d appreciate the pointers!
I’ve been using the Nike Sumo SQ Driver for about a year now. The distance is impressive compared to my old driver. I consistently hit an extra 10-15 yards.
I’ve mainly used it on the fairway, but while playing, it still performed decently out of the rough. I was able to get decent lift even from tough lies.
Marystewart, while there’s a lot of marketing behind it, results don’t lie! I’ve had consistent performance, and plenty of friends swear by it. It’s not just hype.
I’ve been using the Nike Sumo SQ Driver for about a year, and I love the large clubhead. The weight distribution really helps with stability during the swing.
