Bushnell Wingman Won't Pair - Need Help!

I have a Pixel 5 and haven’t had issues. What phone model do you have? That could help narrow down the compatibility issue!

I have a Galaxy S10, just like campbelllisa. Are there known issues with that model?

I’ve read some reports online about connectivity issues with the Galaxy S10 due to its Bluetooth version. That might be the culprit!

Has anyone tried contacting Bushnell support about this? They might have more up-to-date info on compatibility issues.

I reached out to them last week. They said they are aware of some pairing issues with older devices and are working on updates.

I’ve struggled with pairing my Bushnell Wingman too! I found that resetting the device and making sure it’s in pairing mode first helped tremendously. Anyone else tried this?

I’ve had a similar experience! Also, try turning off any other Bluetooth devices nearby. It made a difference for me.

Last week, I paired mine with my phone in less than a minute! I just followed the instructions in the manual precisely. Did you all make sure the app was up to date?
