Getting Feedback on 2nd Swing Products

Hey everyone,

I’m currently on the lookout for some new golf clubs and came across 2nd Swing. I’ve heard a lot about their variety and how they specialize in both new and used golf equipment. However, before I take the plunge, I wanted to gather some feedback from those of you who might have purchased from them before.

Yes! They have a huge selection. I’ve tried brands like Callaway and TaylorMade through 2nd Swing, and I’m happy with the results. It’s nice to have options.

I bought a set of irons from them, but I did notice some minor wear. Still, they perform well and are very effective on the course.

Customer service was decent for me. They answered my questions quickly, unlike some other retailers I’ve dealt with. However, it’s always a toss-up.

I think about half a week for my refund. Not too bad! Customer service responded quickly too when I inquired about it.

My experience was different! It took ages for customer service to get back to me on an exchange. I ended up frustrated, to be honest.
