I’ve been hearing a lot about the Odyssey White Hot 2-Ball putter, and I’m really curious to get some feedback from those who have used it.
Why the 2-Ball?
The unique design of the 2-Ball is intriguing to me—it seems like it could really help with alignment and boosting confidence on the greens. For those who may not be familiar, this putter features:
A bold, dual-ball alignment aid
The renowned White Hot insert for improved feel and roll
A variety of models depending on your preference for grip size and shaft length
What are your thoughts?
Performance: How does it perform for you? Do you find the alignment easier compared to other putters?
Feel and Feedback: What’s it like in terms of feel? Is the White Hot insert really as soft as everyone claims?
Comparison: How does it stack up against other Odyssey models like the Stroke Lab or the Blade putters?
Looking for your experiences!
I’m torn between grabbing this one or possibly exploring alternatives. If you’ve had experience with the Odyssey White Hot 2-Ball putter, I’d love to hear your thoughts. Any pros or cons you can share? Would you recommend it to someone looking to improve their putting game?

I’ve been using the Odyssey White Hot 2-Ball putter for about a year now. The feel is fantastic, and it’s improved my accuracy immensely on the greens.
I totally agree with you, moniquerogers! The alignment feature really helps my confidence on those longer putts. I’ve seen my stats improve; my 3-putt average has decreased greatly!
For me, the putter feels a bit heavy at first, but I got used to it quickly. It’s really stable during strokes, which I appreciate, especially in windy conditions.
Not really! I got used to it within a few rounds. The soft feel and forgiveness really helped me adjust quickly. But I also made an effort to practice more!
I’ve found that on slick greens, the putter excels! My distance control has been superb, allowing me to lag putt with ease. However, putting on slower greens can be a bit tricky.
I think it’s worth noting, though, that some users might prefer a different style, depending on their stroke. Not everyone will vibe with the 2-Ball design!
I’ve had my share of hilarious mishaps with putters before. Once, I missed a gimme with my old putter! The 2-Ball definitely has helped me avoid that embarrassment.
