Topgolf NYC Pier - What's the Experience Like?

I’ve been hearing a lot about Topgolf, especially the one located by the pier in NYC, and I’m super curious about it! :tada:

What to Expect?

I’ve looked up some info, but I’m hoping to hear from those who have actually been there. What’s the atmosphere like? Is it really as fun as it sounds?

  • Golfing Experience: How’s the golfing setup? Are the bays spacious, and how’s the technology for tracking scores?
  • Food & Drink: I’m also interested in the menu. What are the best food and drink options? Do they have any happy hour specials?
  • Views: Since it’s at a pier, how’s the view while you’re playing? Is it worth going just for that?

Group Activities

Is it a good spot for larger groups or birthday parties? I’d love to celebrate with friends if it’s a worthwhile venue!

Feeling excited to learn more about your experiences! Thanks in advance! :hugs:

I’ve been to Topgolf in Jersey City, which is pretty close to NYC. It’s a fantastic venue with gorgeous views of the Manhattan skyline. Highly recommend it for a fun day out!

I second that! The Topgolf in Brooklyn is another option, but I have heard it’s not as spacious. Still, it offers a lively vibe if you’re looking for a more social experience.

I went to Topgolf as a birthday celebration, and it was a blast! I would say book a reserved bay; it makes the experience more enjoyable. Just be prepared for the crowds on weekends.

Good tip! Is there a good time to go if I want to avoid large groups?

If you can, try going on a weekday afternoon. You’ll have a much more relaxed experience and can fully appreciate the games without the pressure of a crowd.

Think of it like golfing, but without all the stuffy rules. Just grab a drink and enjoy the fun atmosphere! Perfect for all skill levels.

That’s a refreshing way to look at it! Can anyone compare Topgolf to traditional golf? Is it really as engaging?

For sure! Topgolf makes it so much more engaging with games and technology, plus you can just chill with friends. You might even forget you’re golfing!

Topgolf NYC Pier is fantastic! You can enjoy a great view while golfing, especially if you’re there at sunset. The golfing experience is fun and interactive, catering to all skill levels.

I’ve heard the food there is amazing too! What are some must-try dishes or drinks?

Definitely try the Topgolf Wings! They have a great selection of beverages, too. Plus, they often have special happy hour deals, which are worth checking out.

I can’t wait to check it out! Do they have any unique events at the pier location?

Absolutely! They host regular events like live music nights and themed tournaments. It creates a lively atmosphere that makes for a memorable experience!

I went last month, and the live music added so much to the vibe. Just be aware, it can get crowded on weekends, so book ahead!

Is there an ideal time to visit that would be less busy?
