What are the green fees at TPC San Antonio?

I’m planning a golf trip to TPC San Antonio and have been trying to find information on their green fees. I’ve heard that this course is a top-notch facility, but I’d like to get a better idea of the pricing before I finalize my plans.

Here are some specific things I’m curious about:

  1. Current Rates - What are the green fees for a round of golf?
  2. Discounts or Packages - Does TPC San Antonio offer any packages or discounts for groups?
  3. Best Times to Play - Are there specific times when the rates are lower, or any tee time specials?
  4. Booking Tee Times - How far in advance should I book my tee times, and is it easy to secure a spot on weekends?
  5. Additional Costs - Are there any additional costs I should be aware of, like cart fees or equipment rentals?

Any insights or personal experiences would be really helpful! Thanks in advance for your input, looking forward to hitting the course soon!

The green fees at TPC San Antonio vary quite a bit. Typically, peak season rates can go up to $200, while off-peak rates may drop to around $150. It pays to check their website for any current specials or promotions!

I’ve also heard that members get discounts on green fees, which can really help if you play there frequently. Anyone know what the membership rates are?

As Carmen mentioned, there are membership discounts. But if you’re not a member, keep an eye out for their ‘twilight’ rates. They can be as low as $90 after 3 PM!

Twilight rates sound great! I’m curious though, does anyone know if they offer any special promotions during the holidays?

Yes, Jessica! They usually have special holiday promotions, so it’s worth checking their website closer to the date. Plus, I’ve heard some great things about their winter rates!

I’ve played TPC San Antonio a few times, but the fees can feel a bit steep! Sometimes I wonder if it’s really worth it. They do have amazing facilities though.

I totally understand, jchase. It can be pricey! But I think the experience makes it worthwhile, especially for special occasions.

Does anyone have an idea about how the rates compare to other courses in the area? I’ve been looking at a few options and want to see what’s best for my budget.

Honestly, nschwartz, TPC San Antonio is among the higher end. You might find better rates at some local courses, but they can’t match the quality of TPC. It’s a trade-off!

True, but sometimes I wish they would offer more seasonal discounts. It feels like a missed opportunity for more players!

It’s not all bad, yjohnson! If you catch the right promotions, playing there can feel like a steal. Plus, I tell myself those fees just pay for the great greens!

Also, booking your tee time in advance is key! Weekdays tend to be less busy, so aim for a Tuesday or Wednesday if you can.

I agree with kleinrobert! Mornings right after sunrise are often the best times. Just expect a little wait if it’s a weekend! But the course is beautiful at that time.

Great point! I usually book mine through their website, and I’ve had great experiences. Just watch out for peak hours!

So, what happens if you can’t get your preferred slot? Is there a waiting list or something? I’m slightly anxious about that!

Don’t worry, hansenmichael! They do have a waitlist option, and the staff will usually help accommodate you if possible. Just be persistent!

Thanks for that info! It seems like a friendly place. Any chance I could find some discounts through deals on websites?
