I’ve been a member of Rockaway River for over 5 years, and the amenities are top-notch. The golf course is well-maintained, and the pool area is perfect for summer relaxation.

Absolutely! They’ve gone out of their way to accommodate my requests during events, which has been really nice.

I’ve visited Rockaway River for a charity event and the overall environment was lovely. The landscaping adds to the charm of the venue!

I would say yes! I’ve checked out other clubs, but the sense of community here is unmatched. Plus, the events are always fun!

Every time I try to relax by the pool, there’s always some kind of commotion. Is it just me, or does anyone else feel it’s not as peaceful as expected?

The par 3s at Rockaway are spectacular! I think they really test your short game. Much better than some of the local courses I’ve played recently.

Speaking of maintenance, how do you all feel about the bunkers? I’ve had some mixed experiences there. Some are well-kept, while others need attention.

Good point, Brad. I’ve noticed that too. The bunkers could really use a makeover. It’s almost like they’re a different course when it comes to consistency.

It would be nice if they focused on those areas more. Overall, though, I’d still recommend Rockaway over some other local spots!

Just played there last weekend! Overall, I had a great time, but I have to say, some of the doglegs are a little frustrating if you’re not familiar with the course.
