I visited the Best Buy in Biddeford last week and was quite impressed with their stock levels. They had a good selection of the latest laptops and TVs.

I’ve noticed that sometimes their stock on certain gaming consoles is hit or miss. Has anyone else experienced that?

Yeah, I tried to buy a PS5 a month ago, but they were out. I had to check back several times before I got lucky!

I’ve always found their staff helpful in assisting with product availability. They seem to know what is coming in stock next.

I agree! I recently went in for a laptop upgrade, and one of the sales reps really helped me weigh my options.

Customer service is hit or miss. I had a return issue last month, and it took forever to get assistance. Not the best experience.

That’s so true! I experienced that too when I tried to return an item. It felt chaotic that day.

In my opinion, their product staff is attentive. They asked great questions when I was looking for a sound system.

I encountered a very friendly employee during my last visit, but the line for returns was ridiculously long. It seemed like they were understaffed that day.
