What's the Best Golf Course in Tennessee?

Another great course is the Honors Course in Ooltewah. Amazing track with a rich history! However, memberships can be a bit pricey, so it’s probably best for avid golfers.

I’ve heard mixed reviews about their exclusivity, though. Is it truly worth the investment?

It really is! While it may seem exclusive, the level of service and the quality of the course make it special. Plus, they host some high-profile tournaments which provide great networking opportunities.

Speaking of tournaments, I had a blast at the recent state open at the Vanderbilt Legends Club. The competition was fierce, and the after-party was a lot of fun!

That sounds so fun! Are they open to hosting amateur tournaments? I’m looking for clubs that support growth in golf.

I think the best golf courses mix competition with fun social events. The golf club at Nashboro Village does a great job blending both and has reasonable membership rates too!

I hadn’t thought of Nashboro Village! I love a good social event after a round. Any tips on the best times to visit?

Visit during their monthly social night! It’s filled with games, food, and even a little live music. Perfect for making new friends on the course!

I think the best golf course in Tennessee is Pinehurst. It offers great views and a really challenging layout! Plus, there are some fantastic upcoming tournaments here. Anyone planning to participate?

Absolutely! Pinehurst is stunning, but don’t forget about TPC Southwind. They’re hosting the FedEx St. Jude Invitational soon. It’s a great chance to see some of the best golfers!

I’m really excited about the upcoming State Amateur Championship at the Country Club. It’s one of the finest events to showcase local talent!

Thanks for mentioning that! Are there any tips on how to register for it? I want to make sure I don’t miss the deadline.

Registration for the State Amateur is usually through the Tennessee Golf Association’s website. They have all the details you need! Best of luck!

Does anyone know if there are any spectator tips for the FedEx St. Jude Invitational? I’d love to attend but want to enjoy it fully!

Definitely! Arrive early for the best spots and don’t forget sunscreen! Plus, a comfortable pair of shoes is a must—you’ll be doing a lot of walking.

Have anyone noticed how much emphasis there is on junior competitions lately? It’s refreshing to see young talent rise in Tennessee!

Absolutely! The Tennessee Junior Golf Foundation is doing an amazing job promoting these events. More support for the youth is definitely needed!

Watching golf events live is surreal! Anyone have a favorite moment from past tournaments? I can’t forget that incredible shot at the 18th hole during last year’s event!

The chip-in at the 16th hole last summer was pure magic! Moments like that truly showcase the spirit of golf in Tennessee.
