I’m on the hunt for some solid Gore-Tex rain gear that will keep me dry on the golf course. I’ve heard great things about Gore-Tex for its waterproof and breathable qualities, but I want to make sure I’m getting the best option out there for golfing specifically.
Here are a few things I’m considering:
Fit & Comfort: It has to allow for a full range of motion while swinging.
Value: I want something high-quality, but I don’t want to break the bank.
Durability: Considering the wear and tear from being out on the course, I need something that will last.
If anyone has recommendations or personal experiences with different brands or styles, I’d love to hear about it! Are there any particular rain suits you think are a must-have for golfing? Or any to avoid? Thanks in advance for your help!
I’ve been researching Gore-Tex rain gear, and I’ve found that jackets and pants specifically designed for golfing have unique features, like extended backs for better coverage. Anyone else notice that?

I’ve been using Oakley for rain gear, and it performs beautifully. I can’t recommend enough their breathability under pressure. Has anyone else tried their line?
