When and Where to Catch the Masters on TV?

Looking for TV Coverage Info on the Masters Tournament

I’m gearing up for the Masters Tournament this year, and I really want to make sure I don’t miss any of the action. Can anyone help me out with detailed information about when and where to watch it?

Here’s what I’m looking for:

  • Live TV Coverage: What are the exact channels broadcasting the Masters? I know CBS usually has the rights, but are there any others?
  • Streaming Options: Are there any good streaming services that will offer live coverage? I’d prefer a way to watch on my tablet or smartphone if possible.
  • Broadcast Schedule: When should I tune in? Are there specific days or times I should mark on my calendar? I’ve heard that the final day is really exciting!
  • Quality of Coverage: For those who have watched in the past, how would you rate the coverage? Are there any moments or features I should look out for?

It would be great to hear from fellow golf enthusiasts! Any advice or tips on how to maximize my viewing experience for this iconic tournament would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Bonus:

Let me know if there are any pre-tournament shows or features that I shouldn’t miss!

I’m so excited for The Masters! It will be broadcasted on CBS, but you can also catch it on Paramount+ for streaming. It’s a great way to watch if you can’t be near a TV.

Totally agree! I love streaming it on CBS All Access. You can also catch highlights on the Golf Channel.

I usually just stick to good ol’ CBS for the live coverage. It’s reliable and always offers great commentary. Streaming is good, but I’m old school!

I feel you! But have you tried the ESPN+ feature? They cover a lot of additional matches, and it’s pretty cool.

I just want the best resolution! What’s everyone’s experience? I’ve had issues with buffering on streaming platforms during the big moments.

I totally get that! I’ve streamed on Hulu Live, and it was smooth for me. Maybe check your internet speed?

I have a cable subscription but also use YouTube TV for The Masters. Super convenient! Plus, you can record easily if you’re out during the live broadcast.

That’s clever! What do you think of the picture quality on YouTube TV compared to cable?

I haven’t seen huge differences! But I believe cable might have a slight edge during peak moments. Still, YouTube TV is pretty impressive overall.

The Masters truly is a treat for our eyes! Choosing between cable and streaming can be tricky depending on personal tastes. What’s everyone’s go-to?

For me, it’s about that traditional feel – the excitement of gathering in front of the TV! But I do get that some prefer the flexibility of streaming.

Exactly! Whatever brings us all together for the event is what matters most. Anyone planning a watch party?

Haha, I wish! My cat just loves to steal the remote, so it will be a solo adventure for me. Anyone have tips to keep pets entertained during the game?

I can relate! I put on movies for my dog, but he just watches me for the real action. The Masters definitely steals the show!

Hey everyone! The Masters usually takes place in April, and it’s crucial to check your local listings. Times can vary by time zone. What time zone are you in?

I’m in Eastern Standard Time. I caught the broadcast last year at 3 PM, which worked perfectly for me!

For those in Central Time, the live coverage usually starts at 2 PM. Don’t forget to check out the replays later in the evening!
